August Squat & Ab Challenge

For this particular challenge I have been doing the same 3 types of crunches and simply varying the amounts of each, dependent on crunches required per day. I do raised leg crunches (with my ankles resting on a bench), then I do right-side oblique crunches followed by left-side oblique crunches and lastly I do straight leg reverse crunches.
I pop out 20 RL crunches, 10 right, 10 left, 10 reverse and voila! I already have 50. If I do 20 of each, I have 80 so it's pretty easy to add another 20 or 40 on those days when we "have" to do 120 crunches.
I dislike the squats more than the crunches! I would MUCH rather do 120 crunches than do 120 squats. Hope I didn't jinx myself. I haven't looked at what we have in store for today yet! Lol.1 -

Day 14 done AFTER I got in a six mile walk at 5a.m. I need to check this thread before I decide how long I'm going to walk! Barely made it . . . 125 squats!!!1

Day 15 - rest day1

Day 15 in process. I took measurements at the beginning of this challenge. Checked measurements today, and I have lost a couple of inches off my waist, about an inch off the hips, and weirdly a half inch off one thigh but none off the other, lol. I'm also eating at a deficit, and have lost a pound and a half since beginning the challenge.3

Wow, didn't even realize 15 is a rest day - THANK GOODNESS. I'm feeling really lazy, got bad news from my doctor & just learned the coconut oil I just used because I'm out of olive oil is EXACTLY and SPECIFICALLY NOT what I'm supposed to use as I fight the bad cholesterol fight! Oy vey!0
