i can't take bread out of my diet.. i did LIMIT my bread intake. So the most cals i'll have for bread in a day would be 120-150. This satisfies my bread craving. I don't even take sugar out of my diet. if i want a soda.. i'll have that too.. i just make healthier choices with my proteins and greens.

Umm I skipped breakfast…but…I did make myself lunch at 1 pm. Smoked salmon with spinach &artichoke dip and honey Dijon mustard—all on a ciabatta roll. Half grapefruit and 2 oz of wine.

Oh man use the recipe builder. I use it ALL the time. Get a food scale. And weigh everything in oz and grams. And then enter it in. Seriously works well!

I'm doing well. I started Jan 2nd at 226, I'm down to 188 lbs. 38 lb loss and it's only 2 months. i still have 63 more pounds to lose. But congrats to you! i hope in a couple of months, i'm down 60 lbs also.. I don't know though.. we'll see.

Kraft singles is 50 calories.. i mean it's not real cheese.. but only 50 cals Cheddar cracker cuts are 30 calories each. Belgiosio 1 oz cheese is 70 calories. I eat cheese practically everyday.. and I'm still seeing results. How much cheese are you putting on your omelettes?????

Yeah. I was entering ingredients for my instant pot chicken curry. I put cloves as an Ingredient. I only use 4. For a weeks worth. It calculated 4000 calories for it.
