I had 2 slices french toast ( using 12 grain bread, 2 eggs small dash of milk and cinnamon) and little bit butter and sugar free syrup also drank 1 banana flavor Premier protein shake then 1 cup of coffee with cream2

4 Sunnyside up eggs about 100g's of left over rare roast beef, some goat feta finished with a double espresso.3

Slept til noon. Ate steak, baked potato, kale-pasta salad when I woke up.2

Organic rolled oats for oatmeal, with 1 tbsp of organic coconut oil, and cinnamon. Stevia for a bit of sweetener.
Organic Greek Yogurt with 2 tbsp of Basil seeds, and 1/4 of a bottle of Naked juice Strawberry banana flavor mixed in.
Add a tbsp of organic raw honey to sweeten.0 -
Umm I skipped breakfast…but…I did make myself lunch at 1 pm.
Smoked salmon with spinach &artichoke dip and honey Dijon mustard—all on a ciabatta roll. Half grapefruit and 2 oz of wine.

Everything but the kitchen sink. Woke up Hungry so I went to Dunkin for coffee and a wake up wrap. Came home, ate it, then a handful of nuts, then a yogurt strawberry parfait. Still hungry, so toast and peanut butter crackers.
Maybe I shouldn't skip supper.2 -

I had half a bagel with cheddar cheese melted on top. Also 2 large cups coffee (each cup has 1/2 scoop choc protein powder, stevia sweetener, and 1/4 cup almond milk).
Trying to reach 70 grams protein a day, while staying under 1426 total calories.2 -

Nauseated this morning. Sipping on 7up always seems to help so that is what I am doing. Normally I don't drink soda but I am giving myself grace today.2 -
