Hi...are you advanced, intermediate, beginner? I am definitely not advanced but really want to figure out how to improve when you are also doing other workouts. I saw you're post and just thought. ..one of my goals is to really improve in my strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

I did a few rounds of insanity. ..didn't really loose much weight...but I'm not sure my diet was on point. Either way...my body changed and I became very, very strong with loads of stamina.

Definitely beans...you can eat them so many different ways and after eating a cup you feel very, very full.

This thread has been very helpful to me as I am not quite a vegetarian. I eat meat maybe a couple times a week and am looking for new ways to combine foods. I find that I eat lots of vegetables but lack in the protein area.

Well I wasn't sure...kinda new to tofu. I have only been experimenting with it for the past 6 months on and off. I've never tried it in a smoothie. ..so I tried it out this afternoon and used 1 1" slice of tofu and 1/2 cup almond milk...it turned out perfect! Thanks for the reply :)

I agree...if you speak to a professional they can point you in the right direction. It's so important for us, especially women, to make sure that not only do we stay physically fit, but that our minds and souls do as well :) You should eat that avocado, they promote hair, skin, and nail health lol!!! Yes...I agree...my goal is 1 lb a week and I really only have 5, no more then ten pounds to loose, nonetheless still a little difficult.
