Hi...are you advanced, intermediate, beginner? I am definitely not advanced but really want to figure out how to improve when you are also doing other workouts. I saw you're post and just thought. ..one of my goals is to really improve in my strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

Hey, fellow yogi here! My practice is a bit sparatic at times, but I like to concentrate on yin+meditation, flow and incersions. I choose these for strength and recovery from heavy lifting!

I'm working to improve too but I adsolutely love yoga. I'd say I'm somewhere between beginner and intermediate. Yoga is my main workout. I'm trying to get to where I am doing yoga and meditation daily. If you want to improve relaxation I definitely recommend meditation.

I hear it is great to incorporate yoga and lifting. Do you do crossfit or just lifting?

Just lifting, powerlifting style focused on compound lifts. Yoga is great for spinal decompression, core strength and body awareness which is all important when attempting to move heavy objects.

I just do aerial yoga and power yoga from time to time.

I love yoga. Nothing advanced, but I have decent flexibility. I'm older so I use yoga (some every week) to help keep my flexibility & balance.
