My hubby lost 50 lbs in about 3 months and then slowed dramatically (though he left low carb at 3.5 months as he found it difficult with the p90x3 program he started). He went to his dr after losing 20 lbs the first 2-3 weeks and did get his Drs blessing.

I still do boxed cake mixes (with milk, olive oil, and eggs) regularly for work/family events. I make the buttercream icing from scratch though and I don't eat any!

Chicken Caesar is my go to when eating out, and when I make pizza I do oopsie rolls with some parm and Italian seasoning in the batter, bake them for 15 min, top them with pizza toppings, and bake them another 15 min

I hear what you're saying (hubby teases bc I won't grab a handful of something, I weigh or count, claims it's borderline eating disorder but he doesn't mean it) , but this is the first time in at least 6 years I've been happy with my body so I guess it's ok!

I eat avocado frequently but berries etc., never. I might start the occasional strawberry or two with hwc in the summer, organic raspberries are a favourite too but I haven't indulged the 8 months I've been doing this except the day my boss bought me about 2 cups of strawberries at a surprise event and I was obligated

If I kick myself out of ketosis it takes at least 4 days for the weight to drop, even if I feel like I was back in faster (I had 5 small bites of cheesecake on Valentines day and it was enough to throw me!).

Aren't they cute? I didnt add the strawberries on mine, still avoiding fruit 99% of the time. I also used bottled lemon juice instead of freshly squeezed which I bet would make it even more amazing!

Yes but I'm sure mine is loose skin. I expected it on my waist, arms etc., but my inner thighs are starting to droop which I wasn't anticipating - especially when I still want to lose another 50 lbs!
