Hanging fat deposits?

Do you have a section of fat that seems to worsen as you lose? I had it on one leg and the more toned I became the more noticeable it became one droopy fat section. Then I keep with walking my legs more toned now fat drooping on other leg!
Happened to anyone else? Does it go away eventually? I know you can't soy reduce etc. it looks like a round pouch drooping on my inner thighs but rest is muscular.

The area around my belly button is the absolute last place my body will release fat. I tend to lose around my thighs and hips first, and it makes that area look even more pronounced. Last summer my belly button area fat finally began to disappear, but sadly I've gained some of it back...continuing to work on it! So yes, just keep on keeping on and it may be the last thing to go, depends on your genetics.0

It's probably loosening skin which you really can't "tone."0

I saw on another post people were saying it does eventually go away. You just have to keep losing the weight until it does. I hope that's true because I know exactly what you're talking about.0

Well at least I'm not alone!0 -
Are you sure it's not loose skin?0

Yes it's still got fat in it its not really sagging like it would if it were empty if you know what I mean.0

Yes but I'm sure mine is loose skin. I expected it on my waist, arms etc., but my inner thighs are starting to droop which I wasn't anticipating - especially when I still want to lose another 50 lbs!0

Yep, gotcha.
I've seen the google images of loose skin on thighs and it definitely sags.0 -
Well hopefully this is recomp! It's rather a large area and isn't marble feeling but if I massage it it hurts but then it loosens up more. I'd be happy if it flushed out with a whoosh but I've had several of those already!0
