You did just give advice lol!!! Good advice, I appreciate both comments.. it's just hard not to get frustrated. I think the part for me too is I don't see the weight loss at all, if people didn't tell me I wouldn't notice, sounds crazy I know

People have something to say no matter what.. if you're overweight you're too "fat" if you're skinny you're sick or on drugs.. don't let negativity discourage you. You should be so proud of your weight loss. Alot of times people are just used to u looking a certain way!! Great job on the weight loss!!!

I appreciate all the input.. I guess I should've said supplements or vitamins I have been working out and counting calories.. I do not really want to take the crap they sell because I know it doesn't work..

I am logging everything and measuring out all my food.. You all are awesome with all the info really! I feel like I'm such a beginner, but all the info you guys have provided has been great I'm gonna take everything u provided and keep it in my mind! Yea I know I should give it more time.. Maybe I'm just expecting weight loss like I had a few years ago I lost 35lbs fairly quickly and I didn't work out or anything.. I know I need to be patient but it's nice to know when I'm down I can come in here for advice!!! That's what the community is for

I don't want to go down to 1200 calories because then I felt hungry all the time.. Maybe I should do more cardio.. I try to find some in YouTube do u have any suggestions on any good cardio workouts?

I have been doing cardio one day and then some Pilates another day.. I try to switch it up so I don't lose interest.. I don't have any weights but I do have resistance bands I use and an exercise bike.. I shouldn't expect to lose every week it's just a let down:(

You can try and search in my exercise thy have a whole list of household things for example cleaning light or heavy.. Or sometimes I find online by searching how many calories burned and add the exercise myself good luck I'm ire your burning a lot! A fit bit would be perfect but I can't afford that lol

Oh yea the first time I quit smoking I gained 25 lbs! And a friend of mine her husband gained 50.. People say chewing gum or sucking on sugar free candy helps.. Good luck I too won't to quit smoking it was suggested that I use a vapor

Thank you so much for the encouraging words.. My hopes my starting this board was that people like me will join and we can all push each other and motivate each other to stick with it. Like you I do really good then I fall off track
