Does anyone else feel the calories for an exercise aren't accurate?! If I look online it tells me I burn way more for an exercise than MFP logs

The calories burned for an exercise I should say0

I would go with whatever mfp has estimated for you for now and eat the majority of those calories back. After a couple of weeks you should be able to tell if you are eating enough or losing too fast and can adjust accordingly.0

Way more?
Usually the complaint is the opposite, that MFP over estimates.
What types of exercise are you talking about specifically?
This is a pretty good blog on the matter

FTR - I used MFP's exercise calories for a long time and lost weight accordingly, but I was doing the types of activties listed in the blog as being easier to estimate, like running.0 -
If I'm using an exercise machine, I take whatever the calorie burn count is and log 75% of it. If it's not a machine, I log 75% of whatever MFP says the burn should be.0
