  • 5/5 199.8 lbs. Probably about six miles worth of steps, my tracker was charging at home because someone (husband) had unplugged the power strip. Breakfast and lunch were fine, but we went out for dinner and I had fried pickles and a small ice cream cone. But thank goodness Berkshire Hathaway weekend is over.

  • 4/20 hotel rooms don't have scales. 6613 steps today. Back to work tomorrow. I didn't really enjoy the last day of the conference. Lunch was a completely inedible taco bar. So I definitely had too much cheesecake and snacks. Reasonable eating resumes tomorrow.
  • 4/19 202 lbs 6657 steps so far. I've spent all day at an autism conference. The meals were fairly rich, but four fuzzy navels is what put me over on calories tonight. I'm heading to the pool now. I doubt I'll be able to do laps, but I can enjoy a boom in the hot tub.

  • 4/17 202. 10524 steps. Slow day in the kitchen, no food log for today. I did too much tasting and lost track. Scale is moving in the wrong direction, absolutely not surprising.

We had Arby's for dinner because of a school event, so my calorie intake was about double what I'd like, but according to my fitness tracker I'm (theoretically) still in caloric deficit.
