Started the weekend with a bang! With 2 hours at the gym today (including a 1 hour class). I'm not sure if it's because of bloat (ovulating) but this morning I weighed in at 188 lbs. I took up running again, and I'm expecting the rest of my journey to be more successful because of that. Have a nice weekend everyone!

I have used protein powders, but whenever I can I get protein from whole foods. When I can’t, then I’ll use the powder. Just make sure it’s from a hood source. I like the brand "garden of life".
