    @Armygirlarmyof1 Tinus is a little poophead with pictures. As soon as he sees me coming with my phone, he will look in the other direction on purpose. No matter how much I try to get his attention, he will refuse to look at me! It is very rude.

    What a crazy week I had! Two parties this week with lots of food! I did ok with it. I didn't eat like I normally would have. But I see my hard work this week didn't pay off at all. :'(
    I exercise in the morning and in the evening. With no luck of losing this unwanted weight!
    I would like to give up now! But I won't! I have to learn to take the bad with the good! I would just love to see more good days than bad!

    @alleykat69 Sounds like you did in fact have more good days than bad. Two parties where you didn't eat as much as you did in the past is pretty impressive! 0.2 lbs is like one big poop (TMI? :D ) and it is gone again, so don't sweat it. <3

    Slowly getting steps/movement in - at least I can bend my knee yesterday and today compared to Monday when I couldn't even bend or hardly walk

    We often make the subject of love far more complicated than it needs to be. Have you noticed that people tend to respond positively to you if you show them love? It's a principle that humans automatically work by. Tell someone you love how you feel about them. Share with them one aspect of their personality that you admire. Notice how they react towards you. They may even reciprocate. To get love, you only have to show it.
