For me, I set my macros to be 40 percent carbs, 30 percent protein and 30 percent fat. I always focus on hitting the 30 percent protein goal each day. I just started working out in the late evening (9-10pm) this week and am really liking it. I used to do it after work but life/summer is getting in the way so this late night thing is good. Whatever works - just do it!

Yes looking forward to BETA too. Keep us posted when you get there Dale. I try to do a CLX circuit 1-2 x a week in addition to T25 5 days a week. Feeling good! Also cleaned up my diet and am consistently hitting the 30 percent protein goal I set for myself.

yup in PUSH you will go heavy. 30 1bs was about the heaviest I got to. Burn and Lean you will be lighter but PUSH is heavy and only 6-8 reps. Enjoy. It's AWESOME!

Awesome. I totally want to do another round when I reach goal and get finished with T25. I've actually cleaned up my eating since finishing my first CLX round. I've focussed on eating 30% protein and I know that will make a huge difference with CLX, especially when I get the rest of my weight off. Love Chalean!
