I gained 5 pounds while on vacation and I have lost 3.6 lbs of that weight but still have to get down to my
ticker weight. It has been a difficult summer to lose weight since we are sailors and lots of eating and drinking
if you know what I mean. Leaving today for a wedding and another challenge with food. Hope to get down
next week and see some results on the scale.0 -

Well miraculously I have lost the 3lbs I set myself to lose this month! Next week I'm off on a mini-break so I don't expect to lose any then, I might gain but then I have the final week in August to undo any damage. I'm very proud with myself.
