    Joining in! Have yo-yo ed all summer long and frustrated. Am taking a leap of no beer for a month (hard to do with football season starting!!!), and am hoping to shed some weight this month. I apologize that I missed the first weigh in. I will weigh in on Wednesday, the 6th, then again on the 9th with everyone else.
