    I gained 5 pounds while on vacation and I have lost 3.6 lbs of that weight but still have to get down to my
    ticker weight. It has been a difficult summer to lose weight since we are sailors and lots of eating and drinking
    if you know what I mean. Leaving today for a wedding and another challenge with food. Hope to get down
    next week and see some results on the scale.

    I've been consistent with my food this week but ToM has meant slower weight loss. Bang on target though with one pound lost.

    Well miraculously I have lost the 3lbs I set myself to lose this month! Next week I'm off on a mini-break so I don't expect to lose any then, I might gain but then I have the final week in August to undo any damage. I'm very proud with myself. (My next goal is to lose 7lbs by the end of October. Whoop!
