Three pounds lost since last Saturday!!! That's a bit faster than I had planned but my weight can go up and down over the month so I am keeping on the same regimen and doing some weights to minimise muscle loss.0 -

8/2: I'm in. Been struggling all summer with not losing anything plus a sprained ankle kept me off my feet for 3 weeks.
8/9: I'm 110% positive this is a false number. I have maintained my calorie goal and had some good workouts this week. I saw progress at the beginning of the week, then TOM came and wrecked shop on my progress. Hoping for a better showing next week, but still disappointed in this week.
