Oooo I love this idea! I recently decided that I need to focus on 5 lbs at a time. I absolutely will be here with you when you start Sep 1st! Writing down a remind in my planner to post Monday morning!

Well, I had hoped for 184 as my August goal weight but I'm not quite there. Still, I am progressing so I'll have to be content with that. I am going to raise my goals slightly for September and see if I can't speed things up a bit.

Awww thank you x I am pleased - I set myself the task of losing 3lbs this month - just because I knew I was going away twice and would struggle to lose anything those times, I settled for maintaining, and even though I did have some water weight gain it was lost quickly. I'm pleased that I've hit my goal for the end of August. My next aim is to be 140lbs by the end of October0 -

Well, this week I did some major league comfort eating because of some family stuff----but only put on .1, so it's OK. My total loss for this month was only 2.1, but I really didn't expect to lose 5 pounds. At this stage in my life, 1/2 pound per week is a reasonable loss. I feel good about it. This challenge really helped me keep on track and I'm going to join up with you all in the Sept. challenge. I have a vacation in the middle of the month, so it will be a tough go. I will bite the bullet and get my cholesterol checked soon.
