Over 2 years Ive lost 54kgs. I havent got MFP to adjust my calories currently as Im not seeing a result where Im at. I track EVERYTHING even on my cheat days if I have even one cookie. Weigh foods yes, measure liquids yes. I use a polar watch for my workouts. I work out in the evening due to work and dont eat anything…

Hi everyone. Thanks for quick reply. I havent moved on the scale for going on 4 weeks. Im currently at 93kgs and working hard (or trying to at least) drop another 10 to 15kgs. I know how you feel. Ive lost 52kg and I am my worst enemy - Im judgmental and critical, I find all my faults and flaws that I didnt care about when I was big. The main thing is to get through everyday. Focus on your victories! Focus on your goals! This journey is mostly whats in our head. GOOD LUCK xxx
