i think its not just abt high fat its healthy fat. on lchf u cannot have canola oil for instance but some butters, avocado and coconut oil are great to use also ghee is a good option. this is my day2 on lchf and i think having healthy fats is better than eating non healthy carbs

im super overweight i gained alot of weight pp idk how but mostly by eating fatty n carb rich food while i stayed at home.im 200lb and my bmi i should be 110lb.. i try to burn 200-500 cal daily its been a month now and i have only lost 2lb :/

bf burns almost 25 cals per ounce.im trying to keep my goal less than 1200cal per day but my baby isnt happy about it whom im breastfeeding although not exclusively.any tips to maintain a good milk flow n still eat less calories?? chicken/beef broth is one thing.any other??

im in the same boat.but i have to lose like >60lbs. 2.5months pp 2nd pregnancy. breastfeeding burns about 25cals per ounce but im not doing it exclusively.having a bad day today cuz havent excecrised yet and not feelinf like it.eating larger portions.still trying to eat healthy.lets see what happens till end of the day.iā¦

omg i so need to start to keto.i have started counting carbs but by no means i can keep my carbs below 20g :/ i love greek yogurts.protein bars.bananas.oatbran.all these not permitted in keto
