  • The red food dye they stopped making (caused cancer) years and years ago is why the Red Velvet Cakes do not taste good. We used to make from scratch as a child with the old red dye and they were delicious!!!

  • Yes, one a day ... you build on how long (seconds) you hold it each day with scheduled rest days too in the chart. I have a list I printed 2 years ago, but never did so this time I put on side of fridge to remind me ....hahaha!
