I have aa stationary bike and I do a little bit of cardio, but the popping started after I stopped exercising. It happens in almost all joints, especially shoulder and knee. Hope you're feeling better now :smile: Thank you so much for your help!

I was gonna say fruit :lol: and I still will, because it's only a matter of getting used to it. I used to crave chocolate like a maniac, but now I don't even think about it, fruit is way better :love:

Mostly anything I can get my hands on :love: For entertainment I read horror books "ex: Stephen King", crime "Agatha Christie", science fiction, young adult, romantic comedy, etc. Plus I'm interested in psychology, nutrition and Carl Sagan books :star: What about you? :love:

Not exercising at the moment :disappointed: I only do a 7 minute yoga since I have exams, and sometimes I skip it altogether, even Hopefully will finish on Thursday!

I read somewhere that food is more important than exercise in weight loss, since you can work really hard then eat the calories you burnt in 2 minutes :/ You don't have to restrict yourself very much, just eat healthy and moderately :smiley: Personally I follow a plant based diet and I eat as much as I want and still lose…
