check your blood sugar when you wake up. If youre in fat burning mode your blood glucose will be below 80. If its higher consider lowering your sugar intake and carbs (increase fat and protein) and increase fiber.

Meal in a pan: Place in Olive oil or fat of choice Add seasonings and salt. Place in 150g assorted non-starchy veggies Place in meat/fish of choice Place in a serving of lentils/beans/quinoa. Cover the pan and cook until your meat/fish is done. This is usually about 400 cals. You can adjust the measure of oil, meat and…

I was answering back to hammerhead or anvilhead or whoever he is. He said "There is no net fat storage anywhere on your body when you are in a caloric deficit." So the article is an answer to that.

Those are your quotes, not mine.

What is wrong with a 32D? Do you keep track of your blood sugar? High insulin levels will take your calories and deposit them as fat on your body, even if you eat low cals and loads of fiber. Fat distribution is hormonally directed. Metabolism = hormones I'm not here to accept an assignment from you, do your own research.

Eyes, angular body, brains, nice hands and feet.

Exactly, you said it....weight won't come off exactly the same way every time you lose weight. WHY is that? I don't really care who disagrees with my post. Fiber has a LOT to do with breast health and, indirectly, with breast size. Don't you understand that metabolism = hormones? I didn't give advice to a bodybuilder or…

I'm not a dude. I actually have breasts, and breast size is not static. They can change for the better or worse, and I've experienced both! There was a time when I seemed to lose all my breasts when dieting, but struggled so much to get it off my butt hips thighs. So my answer reflects what I know and experience. I'm very…

Appetite used to always derail my dieting efforts. Appetite is controlled by leptin/ghrelin. You can bring your appetite back into proper balance (ie, your appetite reflects your body's true calorie needs) by "resetting" it. I did this in a short time (~3days) by removing grains, sugar (even fruit) and excess carbs from my…

Fat loss and fat deposits on your body are hormonally directed. One way to help with losing weight around your midsection instead of your breasts is to increase your fiber intake, as fiber carries out excess hormones like estrogen (which tends to add fat around belly, hips and thighs). Add 2-3g fiber each day until you get…

Since I aim for macros, not calories, my snack depends on what macros I need. High protein, low carb is the usual choice. For example, cashew butter or hummus on carrot or bell pepper, for example. Or a handful of roasted salted hulled sunflower seeds. Dark chocolate and a hot drink sweetened with stevia.

Hello! :)

As odd as this sounds, it may be particular fiber ingredients that are irritating your bowels. Try eliminating inulin (chickory root) for this reason. The other sinister ingredient is carrageenan (which is a known intestinal irritant). You are probably doing everything else right! I hope you feel better!

That is awesome I am really happy for you! My husband is a nurse in the trauma/post op unit, and he would back up what you say. So glad you were able to resolve such a scary condition. :)

Spot on.

My own first instinct is to use essential oils. https://draxe.com/antibacterial-essential-oils/ Scroll down for the paragraph about staph. So sorry you are having this problem!

I put cut up veggies and sliced sweet potatoes in a bag for morning stir fry, with frozen salmon fillets. Baby did wake up tho, but I didn't have to do one-handed slicing (impossible lol) :D

You're super smart to track measurements like this! Great progress.

I just prepared my breakfast, so it's ready to fix in the morning....enough for me and someone else. When I try to get it ready in the morning, baby hears me and wakes up. So I think this will help!

I'm 49 and have a 10 mo old baby. The weight loss is different at this age, but still just as attainable as when you are young! It's about your metabolism, how your body processes the calories you eat. The first emphasis is not on Calories, but on MACROS. BTW you should be eating about 1800 calories, minimum! If your…

Keep extra batteries on hand...i hate it when my food scale runs out of batteries!

I agree with lots of veggies! But eliminating fruit is too restricting IMO. Berries are perfect if you are trying to keep sugar intake low. And lemons/limes.

Hi Luis! I second the food scale.
