I think the hives and generally awful feeling is enough to make me think twice in the future. Also as for calories, it's hard to know. Maybe 1000 or more? It's so hard to gauge. It's a gormet pizza place, they piled on the cheese, although I had no toppings. Anyway... lesson learned! Thanks for the advice guys

I would totally have given you a pizza, but you know, I had an appetite like a horse last night - that's why I have the long face. (I can do horse analogies too. ha)

TOTAL food hangover. On this journey I've cut alcohol in a big way, also. Being a 20-something in Ireland, it's safe to say that drinking is a huge part of our culture, and it is certainly not uncommon for someone of my age to go out on a friday or/and Saturday night and have more than 6 pints of beer or 50cl of vodka. In…

You are very very wise! Ha. That has really helped the guilt a bit. This is the graph I live by

I tried bodylastics and it's great! So efficient! Thanks!

Maybe once a month. After a long battle with the scales - being the deciding factor in how Im feeling that day - I've stopped weighing obsessively. Instead I focus on how Im feeling. Stronger, fitter.. lighter. When I do weigh myself I notice the scales may not have budged, yet I feel a million times better and have stuck…

Morning workouts are tough to get in the swing of, but fantastic once your body clock adjusts to the earlier rise. Just tell yourself you HAVE to do it

This is incredibly useful information. Thank you so much! I'll try some of these methods and report back

Unfortunately, my whole food diary wiped once I started posting on this forum earlier today. Still says I've logged the past 50-something days, but no food is entered on any of the days. Bizarre. I'll open it at the end of the week after it has some data. I'm pretty meticulous about measuring the right amounts of food and…

After a long obessive relationship with the scales I've come to the conclusion that HOW YOU FEEL is what matters. Don't let the number on the scales define you.

Very true!

Thing is, I eat less than 1500 per day and rarely eat back calories. Maybe I'll cut it to 1200 and see what happens

I really appreciate all the replies. I guess what I'm really trying to say is- how do you get over the irrational guilt? But I got my answer thanks you guys!
