Peppermint tea is supposedly an appetite suppressant. I drink that sometimes when I'm hungry but know I don't need to eat.

Start today. Tomorrow never comes.

Yoga with Adrienne is the easiest to follow I've found.

For me working out at home and planning a workout has not been successful. I hate exercise so I had to find something I enjoyed, I now go to a pole dancing class once a week and I love it and it makes me want to do other exercises through the week that will improve my strength for pole. So my suggestion is that you find a…

I'm not sure that weights could give you an amazing kitten haha ;)

Hi! I'm also a vegan, you may find a low carb vegan diet may be quiet challenging and it may end up very high fat. I tried to go low carb while vegan and I gave up after 2 weeks. But good luck!

I just started pole a few weeks ago, I'm not sure how to track it either. I keep meaning to wear my HRM but I always forget.

What about a banana?
-
I throw dates, and nuts and a banana in the blitzer and then mix through some protein powder, press it into a tray, melt some chocolate on top and freeze and slice. Takes no time at all.

How long is appropriate recovering time? I'm often sore for three days after Pole.

Thank you for the suggestions :)

Hi! Once you start adding up the calories in a few drinks it's a bit depressing haha. I hardly ever drink now.

Yesterday I made a roast veggie salad; mushrooms, zucchini, sweet potato, red onion, quinoa, baby spinach, ground cumin seeds, ground coriander seeds, fresh coriander, lemon juice

You could try Pilate's at home, this will help you build general strength and combine that with cardio. But 35% slopes are crazy, especially with a pack on.

Any thing you like. I hate breakfast so I don't eat a proper meal for breakfast so it's always less than my meals. Sometimes at work I don't have time to eat lunch so I then eat most of my calories in the form of snacks and my main meal of an evening. Find what works for your lifestyle.

Can you track your calorie intake on the app on your phone? Even if you eat more than normal it will at least keep you accountable.

If I counted calories burned during sex then I'd have to count calories of jizz consumed. No thanks.

Yes. I just eat more around that time of the month. It hasn't impacted my weightloss. I just eat at maintenance if I'm having cravings. Life is just easier with chocolate.

I find a typical salad lasts 4 days, if you always keep the dressing separate. Some easy recipes; Chickpeas, roast sweet potato, parsley, baby spinach, cucumber, red onion, lemon juice Brown lentils, rocket, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, diced red chilli, coriander (dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin seeds, ground…

Self love, baby steps, and forgiveness. Love yourself and remember why you are doing this. Small goals, and taking it one day at a time. Eg. If you know a day you will definitely be tempted by something eg. Birthday cake at work, your goal might be to just eat half a slice instead of a full one. And if you do slip up,…

Poo poo :p we aren't mean!

You can eat anything you ate as a meat eater. You just need to learn to substitute eg. Sub mince meat for lentils, chicken for tofu, chia seeds instead of eggs. Feel free to add me, my diary is open and I'm a vegan.

I have the same coffee each morning so I made it a recipe so I can quickly add it each morning. You could do that with anything you eat regularly. It's important not to guesstimate. If you want this to work for you, you really need to weigh and measure every single thing you consume. It's time consuming at first but it…

You can do it! I had 4 months to drop a dress size to fit into my wedding dress and I did it so you can do it in 6 months! Drink lots of water, exercise regularly and weigh your food. Good luck!

There's lots of vegetarian and vegan sushi.
