anyone else here give in to chocolate cravings during their period time? can anyone help with how to overcome such temptations during a difficult time?

    Yes. I just eat more around that time of the month. It hasn't impacted my weightloss. I just eat at maintenance if I'm having cravings. Life is just easier with chocolate.

    I find Hershey Kisses help satisfy the chocolate cravings without totally going overboard and hating myself.

    I prefer to work it into my day. A square of dark chocolate satisfies my craving and is pretty easy to work in calorie wise. For me trying to avoid it leads to bingeing on it later.
