This isn't quite and appetite suppressant, but I just recently bought a bottle of CLA. I have only taken it once but it is supposed to help you lose fat/weight. It is found naturally in beef and dairy. I don't eat much dairy and I don't eat any red meat. I am going to try it out and see how it works for me. Many studies show positive health benefits for humans, and there are studies that show no benefit. So we'll see! :) You have to be careful when buying things like this though. Research where the ingredients came from.

Also, I have used some Advocare products that I love! (im not a sales person or associated with Advocare at all) They have some things that worked well for me when I used them!

I really wouldn't recommend looking for a pill, powder, etc. to suppress your appetite. Your body will be much happier with you if you're focusing on an appropriate calorie deficit, drinking plenty of water and eating more whole / natural foods.

When I personally switched to a higher protein diet (40 - 50% of my calories) and made sure my carbs were more natural (complex carbs and/or fruits & veggies) I was a lot less hungry & miserable.

Peppermint tea is supposedly an appetite suppressant. I drink that sometimes when I'm hungry but know I don't need to eat.

A reasonable deficit and making the most of your daily calorie allotment are all you need to prevent hunger.

It may take several days to figure things out. Protein, fat and fiber are filling. Some people stay full on fat free protein (not me) others stay full on fat free fiber (not me). Finding the combination that works for you takes a little work, but you can get there without pills.

This. If you really think you need to take something, you are better off speaking to a doctor. Otherwise, take the above advice. A little coffee and tea won't hurt, but it won't work miracles, either.
