One thing I want to try to act on is that my doctor said it's best if I eat within an hour of waking. I so have put labelled timers on my smartphone to remind me it's time to (eat! I want to fit into the clothes of mine that I like. I want to get clothing that I may not have to alter. Even if I look at all the clothes in a store, the ones that I like don't come in my size. I want to look in the mirror and think I look good and feel energized from working out and feeling attractive! I want the aches…

Current goal: trying to eat fruit and vegetables Also finding the right meds. Longer term: can't wait to run around more playing ball with the kids outside! Can't wait to gradually start fitting into my old clothes again and give away what becomes too loose!
