Thank you so much Kelly...it is very helpful to see 3 stone difference, I think loosing less then five stone is most difficult because one gets trapped in procrastination, fad diets, yo - yo...so well done.

Hi I am little late to join....but keen to participate in 90 days low carb challenge, because I have always lost with it my target is 'to stay focus and mindful and come out of yo-yo cycle'.

yup...your are right it is time to quit sugar ... :| i have always tried to adjust sugar in my calorie allowance and this time this has to be the difference.... thanks Courtney...i am so motivated and touched that you read by post with such great interest... xxx
