  • Oh dear. I missed reporting last week because I kept thinking that my weight would change!!! Now, a week beyond that and still no change!!!! I am definitely plateaued. I now really understand that. My weight hasn't changed now in OVER two weeks. Yet, I still consume less than 1350 calories a day. How can that even be? :-(

I did stop at Walmart today to buy a couple of smaller belts though. from 50 to a 48/46 inch so I am definitely losing in girth too! ;)
