Yeah. That time of the month could explain it. I can put on anywhere between .5 and 2 kg during mine. Then it disappears in a whoosh!

I started at 220 and am around 198 now, so 20lbs down, another 20lbs til first goal. I've only really started to notice the difference, mainly upper body. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs. No one else had really noticed, except a family friend who I havnt seen since Xmas. Still waiting for my thunder thighs…

I've lost just over 20 lbs eating what I love in moderation. Another 40 lbs to go. Your journey should not just be about weight loss, but teaching yourself about portions and healthy eating. I've always been a fairly healthy eater, but would binge on high calorie snacks and my portion sizes were WAY OFF! I've taken my time…

Usually 1-2kg for me. Disappears 2 days after.

I've given up soy milk in my coffee. It was making me feel blah and I was drinking up to 200 cal a day. I'm happily enjoying my coffee black.

Last year I ordered a bunch of dresses online, they were all too big so I had them tailored to fit me just right. I put one on for the first time in about 4 months and it's too big! Also ot have 2 notches left on my belt, there used to be four. I really needed to see these physical changes as the scales have not moved for…

Cucumber topped with cottage cheese, salt snd pepper!

Try not to think of the bigger picture, set yourself mini goals to keep yourself motivated. I'm only really at the beginning of my journey, and have not lost as much as I would have thought, what has worked for me is working on making changes that I can 'stick' to, start slow and build yourself up. You are already a winner…

Spices, salt, (unless I use a lot), pepper, and a splash of lactose free milk in my morning and evening coffee.

I've been a vegetarian my whole life, was often made to eat chicken as a kid, or go hungry. Have tried beef as mince, but basically swallowed not chewed, just really don't like meat! Have never had lamb or fish or pork or any other meaty substance. Lol I eat most vegetables, fruits, grains, beans etc. Absolutely detest…

Yep. Pre log. And don't deny yourself things that you love, just learn to eat them in moderation. Pre logging has stopped me from over eating, if I have a craving, i pre log it so I can see how it will damage my daily intake. That in itself is usually enough to deter me from eating it or taking a smaller portion.

Your diary isn't showing, you may need to open it to public in your settings.

Buying single serve!! Haha I can't resist potato crisps....I will devour a whole bag if given the chance! I either don't buy them at all or if I do I buy a single serve, I get my fix without needing to binge.

I LOVE PASTA!! I try to keep it at 50-100g, mixing with zucchini noodles and having a protein with it.

Phew! I was starting to freak out that I was going to ruin my friends beautiful art work! Lol My end goal treat is going to be a thigh tatt

That's great to hear! I'm aiming for 45lbs and will see how I feel. Sw was 220, down to 211. I'm not looking to loose it quick, so hoping this will work in my favour. I carry most of my weight on hips and thighs. I don't have any on chest or tummy, just arms, and legs

Usually about 1kg. I like to keep going with my plan and when I come out the other end, I see a loss, so this keeps me motivated. Usually back to normal 2 days after cycle.

I'll second cold brew! I can't drink black coffee and I'm a barista! Lol Cold brew, I can do, and love! That being said, if your drinking good quality beans, it's a lot tastier ☺️

I usually log what I'm craving first, even if I'm at the supermarket and see something I want, I get my phone out and log it, if it's going to take me over my daily, I usually leave it, but fitting small abouts of cravings into a daily plan has worked well for me, mind you I'm only just starting out, but I used to devour a…

Hi, I'm 5"6 sw 220 cw 215 gw undecided! Would love to be down to 200 by the new year but would be happy with just a steady loss and no gains! I'm finding the motivation and support of MFP AMAZING! Feel free to add me!

Decaf coffee is NOT caffeine free! While it is lower in caffeine, if you drink several cups of decaf a day, you are getting the same caffeine as up to 2 cups of regular coffee. I suggest drinking a quality coffee from a boutique coffee shop, ask for a double ristretto shot, you get all the good flavour of coffee without…

I'm only new to this and just starting to get my macros in order, but am a vego, feel free to add me and check out my diary. I'm a little lactose intolerant so I probably don't eat as much dairy and most would. I'm in the process of trying to up my protein intake.

I had a veggie bolognese made with TVP. Mixed a bit of regular spaghetti with zucchini noodles. I was craving pasta, I'm totally satisfied even though I had mostly zucchini noodles!

I'm also a vegetarian, have been all my life...a few years ago, i thought I'd try protein shakes, they just made me feel sick and gave me terrible cramps! Talked to my doctor and she said not to worry about forcing the extra protein, if I was hitting about 20% that was fine for me. I go through moments of trying to get…

After loosing about 15kg nearly 8 years ago...I've been on a high ever since! So high....I let myself go. I weighed myself for the first time in a long time and was shocked that I had put all the weight back on. I want to go swimming with my dog and girlfriend, I want to go walking with them, instead of being scared that I…

As a "former" binge eater, I found it easier to stick to my daily calorie goals. I log everything BEFORE I decide if I'm going to eat it. I'm only new to calorie counting but I'm determined to stick to my goals. I've had a few meltdowns this week, and was so tempted to grab a bag of crisps and devour the whole bag! I…

I work in a cafe so it's a soy latte for me, or I have black topped with a little soy milk. No sugar. Coffee is awesome without it

I usually have eggs, poached, or scrambled, with no cream, just a little olive oil, and some fresh chilli peppers, grilled tomato or home made baked beans. I've tried eating breakfast with no eggs but I always feel hungry soon after. Eggs are the only thing that fills me up and gets me through till lunch. This morning I…
