@Auna01 what do you mean by slow? What pace are you currently walking/jogging/running at? Pace is relative to your experience and fitness level! Don't sweat it....the longer you train for it the faster your pace will become! OR instead of a faster pace....why not go the distance and work on your endurance for longer…
