Today is another day. :) Just start over fresh, pretend it never happened! Bad days happen sometimes, you just need a restart. I bet you're doing pretty good in the big picture of things. I mean you're on a food tracking site to begin with, so that's awesome. The first step to change is wanting to change.

Sigh.. I did that a tiny bit. It's not so much hunger as it is emotional food cravings.

I tend to not eat too many low fat items. I'm focused on counting calories mainly. Good luck!!

If you want to try something new, try weight watchers. They don't count calories. However I think mfp is really successful if you can stick with it. You might need to adjust your calorie goals to have a slower weight loss.

If you restrict your diet too much you are less likely to follow it for a long period of time. You will gain back the weight you lost. It will be much more difficult to maintain your weight loss.
