Current calories are about 1500. Macros at this moment are 135c, 140p, 45f. Estimated TDEE is 2200. Body fat is 25%

I know I'm absolutely in the minority here, but I've been eating my salad with spicy mustard. for one tbsp I believe its 20 calories, no carbs, no fat. and for me, I would rather use my macros on something other than salad dressing.

Ive been using spicy mustard... it sounds weird, but its surprisingly good... and saves on calories/macros!

I'm not on a diet. this is my way of life. if I want something, I MAKE it fit my macros.

have you ever tried shiritaki noodles? they look exactly like pasta... 8 carbs for an entire package! I understand it doesn't taste EXACTLY like pasta, but I think its pretty similar.

i used to be the definition of skinny fat. For 2 years, i didn't pick up a weight. cardio 6 days a week... horrible, i know. i was 132 lbs but 33% body fat.... uhg terrible

I do double overhand. what kind of warm up set do you recommend? admittedly, I don't do any warm ups and I'm realizing that's bad....

I bought this mrs dash no sodium seasoning. I forget what it has in it.. but it's VERY tasty!

never tried Kodiak cakes or never tried it with protein powder? either way, you gotta try it! I highly recommend PE Science Snickerdoodle protein powder, too!

do yourself a huge favor and buy Kodiak cakes.. mix a half cup of that and a half scoop of protein powder... and boom youll have the most amazing protein pancakes ever!
