Reverse Dieting

Is anyone currently doing a reverse?

I've been doing a lot of reading about it. I've been in a deficit for 3.5 years -- and I think it's time for me to change some things. I'm just not entirely sure on where to start. I have an idea from some articles I have read, but again, not entirely sure...

Any advice would be great.

    Not sure what reverse dieting is but my guess is its a MINI bulk and I'm doing it now. Basically cut cardio down to 30 minfrom 60 and raised calories 500 from 250 deficit- or 250 above maintenance..

    Honestly been doing it for 3 weeks haven't put on a pound so I'm going to raise calories another 250 Hello Peanut butter:)

    what's your current calorie intake?
    whats your ESTIMATED tdee?
    What's your body fat?
    What are you current macros?


    I can give you some more advice once i know the above.

    Current calories are about 1500. Macros at this moment are 135c, 140p, 45f. Estimated TDEE is 2200. Body fat is 25%
