I agree some strength training would really help you. You look a perfectly healthy weight to me and definitely not fat, overweight or chubby! Strength training may also give you some much-needed self confidence and appreciation of your body. I'm 14 pounds or so away from my goal but every non-scale related goal makes me…

Low fat Greek yogurt and low fat cottage cheese. Yum! I eat them both nearly every day now.
-
I dont think cereal is filling enough to be worth how many calories it is. I occasionally use it as suggested above, as a crunchy topping to a bowl of low fat Greek Yogurt and banana. Usually about 10-20g.

Alcohol! :( why does it have to have so many calories!
-
Yes I weigh everything

The first 30 pounds came off at pretty much 1lb a week. It suddenly stopped a month ago as I'm nearing my last 10 pounds. I haven't lost anything in the last month

OP, I always go over on my weekends so I try and eat a bit less during the week. I usually eat about 100 calories less per day so I've got more to work with on Saturday and Sunday. I also find I do more exercise, particularly walking, at the weekend. These help to even out the weekend splurges (but you have to log them!…

In the app version if you click on nutrition it gives you your weekly net total, so you can see how many calories you've eaten each day, how above or below your weekly total you are, and how this averages out over the 7 days. I'm not sure but I don't think the website version has this.

Shoulders, chest and arms. Tummy is the last to go :'(

1 banana chopped up into 100g low-fat greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon each of the following: a trail mix of pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds; ground flaxseed; chopped almonds; and vanilla protein powder. A bit of honey on top usually. It's about 250 calories.
-
I'm not vegetarian but I eat very little meat, and I struggle to reach my protein goal through food alone. I tend to have a protein shake to up it if I've got enough calories left. If you can eat some dairy, try greek yogurt (I believe low fat yogurt tends to have a higher protein than full-fat). I eat greek yogurt with a…

My gym trousers were falling down during class on Monday :#

I log in the morning. I pretty much always eat the same breakfast and most of the stuff I have for lunch is either saved in recent, meals, or recipes. Most of my dinners are saved as recipes. I pre-log them to give me an idea of what I'm working with for the day, then as I'm cooking I weigh everything and update the recipe.

Do you take your measurements and comparison pictures? They often show us changes that we don't notice just looking in the mirror.

So you've lost 24 pounds in about 4 months? That seems good to me. I started at a similar weight to you (170 pounds/77kg) in September and am now 138 pounds/62kg. I was aiming for a loss of about a pound a week. 75kg isn't huge, so about a pound a week is a good rate. Maybe you need to adjust your expectations for weight…

I eat back most if not all of them. I know the estimations are exaggerated but I'm quite careful with my food logging, and since it seems to be working I will continue to eat them all back.
-
So in the 3rd month, you're eating 2 oranges, chicken and chocolate per day? 700 calories of it? And you think that's every nutrient your body needs? I don't even know where to start.
-
I don't think you're lying but I think what you're advising is incredibly unhealthy and you shouldn't be trying to get other people to do it.
-
Agreed. I do power, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga and by the end am pouring with sweat, heart beating fast and muscles burning and aching. Yoga can be a great workout, but more stationary styles like hatha and yin yoga don't burn much.

Try not to feel too bad about it. Depending on your height etc. 2000 might even be maintenance, and it's only 3 days
-
Yes I do, sometimes all and sometimes just some. I've still been losing weight, I just get to eat more food! :D

Skinnytaste.com has loads http://www.skinnytaste.com/p/my-pantry.html

Just ignore it. They lost the argument when they felt the need to resort to personal attacks. Responding with further personal attacks just brings you down to the same level as her and comes across as childish.
-
Don't worry about it, the last 2 days I've had 1,000+ calorie lunches and just fit them into my day, and they were delicious!

You will probably find your tastes change as you try and introduce new foods. I used to be a massively picky eater when I was younger, I never ate vegetables, hated fish, hated eggs etc. But I have tried to introduce these things slowly and in ways I like (e.g. I still hate hate hate boiled carrots. But carrots roasted…

It's not perfect and doesn't work for everyone, you're right, but very generally it is fairly accurate for the general population. I was just using it as a tool to indicate that 95 might be a bit of an ambitious goal, and that positive changes could be made to her body shape without losing that amount of weight.
-
95 would put you at almost underweight BMI-wise. Maybe you should try body re-composition to improve the look of your body without actually losing any more weight.

Just realised this is for your work lunch. Wouldn't work for today but I've made these the night before and eat them the next day at work.

Green pesto and tomato quesadilla. 390ish calories for 1 tortilla, 30g cheddar cheese, 20g pesto and a couple of chopped up cherry tomatoes. I would usually have it with 40g cottage cheese or a salad but we don't have either in at the moment. Will probably have a banana instead.
