I have a Taylor scale also and am ready to throw it away. I get different numbers when I repeat weighing myself; it is very inconsistent. I just want repeatable, dependable weight measurement. I do want it to measure down to .2 Lbs in difference.

I don't treat myself with food for rewards but I do eat whatever I want as long as I can fit it into my calorie budget. Like if I want a piece of pizza I eat it but make sure that I go light on my other meals for the day. I also limit those high calorie foods, like just 1 piece of pizza. I put it on my phone yesterday. Love it! I changed the "milestones" from 10 to 20 so I could break it down into smaller chunks. It will take 6 months to reach my goal with a 1.5 pounds loss per week. This ap will definitely help me to focus.

The past two weeks were rough. I didn't gain any but didn't loose either. I love the holidays but really glad to refocus on healthy eating and achieving my goal.

I was 1 pound away from my goal of 6 pounds but I am still happy that I lost 5 pounds. December was a really difficult month for weight loss but I loved all of the Christmas parties and vacationing. Now back to more serious weight loss for January!!!

I met my weight loss goal for this challenge, 21.6 pounds. I started a little late so I didn't have the 25 pound goal. 38.4 pounds left to go to reach my ultimate goal weight.

I didn't loose any weight this week but I'm happy I didn't gain either. I was on vacation for an entire week and ate lots but I walked a lot so at least I didn't put on any weight. Back to it this week, I'm hoping to loose 2 pounds by next weigh in.
