1) Train! I'm very leg dominated, which means squats mostly work my legs... What I found effective is to start my booty workout with isolating exercises and then, right after do heavy squats. My starting exercises are single leg hip thrusts, then glute bridges. They work. If they did work for me, they work for everybody on…

http://www.iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ You can calculate your macros accurately here :) Also, it doesn't work the same for everyone, so just experiment with it :)

1200 calories... It is only enough if you have to stay in bed 24/7... I recommend you to calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) based on your lifestyle. Then measure everything you eat in a day and track it here. Low calories might seem like a quick fix but they do more harm than good.

That's just wrong... I am 5'7" and 140 lbs... I train 4-5 times a week, do light cardio 2-3 times, and my maintenece is 2200 calories. OP, you either don't count your calories right, or that TDEE is calculated totally wrong. How much did you eat to lose that weight? I don't even dare to imagine

What you need is flexible dieting... :) Here's everything you need to know about it: http://www.iifym.com/category/how-to-diet-for-fat-loss/ It helped me A LOT, I can have something yummy every day, I don't have cravings anymore and I'm reaching my goals, too :) Good luck!

To be honest I've gained about 8 lbs in December (mostly during the holidays lol), so now I'm back to cutting  As soon as I'm back to my normal weight I'll try what you guys said, thanks for the replies and the advices! X

I have it too, I used to hate it, but now that I'm 35 pounds down, I don't mind them anymore... The fat is gone from that area, but the bone is still there and will be there forever

Can lead to both... IIFYM is all about flexible dieting, however many of us takes it too serious (guilty as charged).. It can lead to real results, either if your goal is losing, maintaining or gaining weight. Just make sure you stick to your macros, and if you go a bit over any of them don't panic, just eat those extra…
