I have been obsessed with skinny pop popcorn. It's delicious :) I get a big bag at sams club and portion them out in serving sizes and take to school or on the go

I had a lot of pain afterwards, and it was due to not using the breathing aspiration thingy. They said I had air trapped. But definitely get checked out because it could be a number of things. Better safe than sorry

They have 100 calorie pack snacks that are light and fit brand. Very tasty and good for when i need a quick low calorie snack

I used the months before surgery to start making the changes that I had to adjust to after surgery. This way, I wasn't in shock too bad after surgery. Thank you everyone. I'm on an 1800 calorie diet, I usually workout regularly, and this past holiday really threw me threw a loop. I went away for the weekend and didn't workout a few days in a row. Worst comes to worst, they make me hold out a bit longer to get the surgery. I'm back at it today. Ate really well, cleaned…
