Good: Keep up the good work or girl what are you doing because you are losing a lot of weight and looking good. Bad: (When eating smaller portions at mom's) Why are you not eating? You're not impressing anyone.

I'm pregnant with my first child, right at 5 months and gained 10 pounds already. My doctor said because I'm still considered "obese" if I can maintain my weight it would be great, the most I should gain is 11.....I need some guidance on what I can do. Walking outside is out because of the heat, I don't have access to a…

That is awesome. I started at 297 initially, last year. In september I was 290 and decided I needed to make a change. Now I'm 254, I've been fluctuating some but I'm not stopping. Rome wasn't built in a day, I know that. I have motivation and with your story I have more inspiration :)

I have PCOS and have went from 290 to 257. I'm in it for the long haul. I'm doing, not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I want to get to 180 and I know that I can. I'm here for support!!!

I have shared with coworkers so and immediate family. When you tell one, others find out :) The only thing that I hate is the unsolicited advice I get from different ones that don't understand where I'm coming from and they are on crash diets or are already small to begin with. I've always been a big girl and I finally got…

Thanks for the feedback you guys. I appreciate it. And I am going to pick up my medication today, lynn_glenmont. I just didn't make the time like I should have at the beginning of the week....that's a shame on me moment :#

I weighed 290 when I began this journey in September. I'm now at 274.9. So it is true that that I'm better than before. I want to get healthy to ensure that my health doesn't effect me having children. I have pcos and learned that the extra body weight produces estrogen so I haven't been regular. Got my first cycle since…

For me, it was when I laid down to go to sleep for the night and I couldn't breath good. No position helped. September I started the journey. I have kept 15 off so far, but feel I could do better.

I'm new to calculating....not really use to it. I did hurt my knee about a week or so ago and it swells by the end of the day if I've done my walking. Two, I haven't had my blood pressure pills that are a diuretic since monday....I don't really know what the particular cause is of my issue. I'm attempting to lose at least…

This has been occuring since last week and my appetite hasn't really been up since... :(

I checked, the only thing that has changed on my intakes is that my carbs were reduced last week into this week. Other than that, everything else has been pretty steady....
-
The thing is, I've been doing that and one day last week, Friday I believe, I didn't want anything. I wasn't hungry, which isn't like me. I love to eat and I love food...lol.

Btw, I'm going to see my doctor tommorrow, so I will do my research then discuss the situation with her as well.

I've been eating pretty similar to the 1st week. At least I think so... There was only one day I recall that I was below 1200 calories. I think I was getting more carbs in the first week than now. I'll pay closer attention and study what was different between last week and the week before. That will probably shed some…

I've been keeping it between 1200-1500 calories per day. I haven't been going under that amount.

In my household, my husbands says he eats what I cook. We do have some junk food in our house as well, but if I eat any of it, it would be just a serving and adjust my meal plan accordingly. I've got our pantry more "health friendly" than it has ever been before. If you do the shopping, incorporate more healthy options.…

My major thing is weight loss and I was just curious as to what type of information MFP members had for me. I just want to get healthy and some muscle definition. Nothing more nothing less. Thanks you guys for all the info:)

Let me tell you something, you are not on this weight loss journey alone. I've been through this over and over again as well. You know the biggest part of your success? You don't quit. Keep getting back up, dusting yourself off and saying " I can do this!" One little hiccup in this journey doesn't stop you. Persistence is…

Awesome, congratulations:)...I'm hoping I can start reaching that level of success before long:)

Thanks for the feedback everyone. So basically I'll just take it as an estimate and I know that when I feel healthy and I no longer need blood pressure meds I've truly succeeded on the weight loss front
