Caloric deficit is key in take more protein as well. I'm just now today starting my fast today and my diet you can friend me and look at my diary to see what foods are good. Hi ROSE!!

When u get to that point when u want to maintain bump up your caloric intake and it should be okay. I also fast and lift fasted I posted earlier rjugy12 intermittent fasting.

Basically it's for well being human. Give ur self a good meal or two or a good desert. But make sure it fits your caloric deficit if it meets this you will still loose weight. Replace a boring meal with one craved meal. So that u won't go over your caloric intake. Don't stress over it.

No straight up 18-16 hour fasts and ur 4-6 eating window.. I didn't even know there is a fad or Variation about it? When I did a 6-16 it was great I could easily maintain, cut, or bulk. With this app it will be even easier. I watch hodgetwins on the reg.

With my job be hectic and dealing with people the diary is great for me.. But yeah I do need to read more than the macros portion. I hate reading. I figured eating like a bro would take care of it.. But it won't!!
