    For myself, I prefer to eat my biggest calorie meal at around noon (my first meal of the day).

    Doesn't make any difference. Weight loss all comes down to CICO.

    I'm not consistent. Depends on what I'm cooking, whether I'm eating out with someone, etc. Never seems to matter a lot except on those hungry days, and then, not much would make a difference.
