Hey everyone, I hope your abs are shaking from the planks. I have two quick questions, do we need rest day from planks?! Even if your body can take more? Like Brian said, you have to experiment to know what works best for you. Personally, I go for a cup of coffee with eggs and fruits usually bananas

I'm also a new to running long distances used to compete in short runs and sprints. But few months back I started to increase mileage. I run my first 10k in January 2017. Now training for same goal half marathon in January 2018. I used to have same problem, I get over it by eating in a calorie surplus to my normal calories…

I think you can gain mass with callisthenics if you do them correct with extra weights attached to your body ofcourse plus as you said you are in caloric surplus. However, I recently I came accross some video in youtube saying you can gain mass while beeing in caloric deficit /:. Please check…

Hi Amanda, I have same goal I want to lose fat and gain muscle mass. My goal is to reach 10% body fat or less. I did achieve this few months ago, but didn't like the result as I lost too much muscle and mass. So doing it again my goal is to add few Kilos and lose fat. Currently I'm 58Kg with 12.5% body fat %.
