  • Hi, I'm not super new to MFP or weight loss, but I could definitely use the right mentor for support. I am a 32F and my husband and I live in Mongolia (and it's nothing like Mongolian BBQ you get in America). I started MFP years ago at 195 lbs, lost 30 but while I was working 80+ hours a week put it back on quickly. Prior…
  • I love this idea!!! Not sure exactly what this will end up looking like for me. I live in Mongolia and travel a lot, (and our temps are super cold here) but know that with Thailand travel this month I can start strong and see what to do from there with some cool pics, so I'll give it a try. I miss the trails in America.…
  • I'd love to add new female friends for 2017! I started MFP a few years back, but after moving to Asia in 2014, I had gone up and down so I started MFP with a weight loss journey mentality (rather than weight loss race attitude) in 2015. I lost 22.4 pounds in 2015, but only 8 pounds in 2016. However, I have lost over 30…
  • April 1st- July 4th Hi! I'm Sheena! I'm 31, from America, but live in Mongolia with my hubby. We travel a lot!! We work on community development here. I am about halfway through my weight loss journey. Starting from 191.0 in November of 2015, I have lost 28.2 pounds in 145 days. I started really strong and then had to…
  • Well. Let's just be honest. I sucked at this challenge. I started at 172.0 and got down to 162.8. 9.2 pounds lost this quarter. I can do better. Time to just log on out of here and restart with the April 2nd challenge. Here we go!!

  • I've been gone traveling for an entire month abroad in Thailand and Korea so j didn't have a scale. I didn't lose weight, but I barely gained too. I know now I won't hit my original lofty 152.0 so I revised my goal to a challenging 157.0 by 4/1. 4 more weeks y'all. Let's end this challenge strong! MFP SW: 191.0 UGW: 130.00…

  • I'll count that I completed this. I increased my standard this month from 10,000 steps a day to 12,000 and completed it every single day this month so far and that takes an extra 30 active minutes a day
  • However it looks to me like that requires a specific scale.
  • Thanks for the challenge! I liked the diagram
  • I have some additional challenges in that we have to filter all our water since we live overseas. But that may draw my attention to it more, causing me to drink more water - and when the water filter has run dry it's painfully slow waiting for it as its a drip filter. So I normally fill up my nalgene right away and can…
  • I don't think I love the app as I would like to see a broader scale to chose from than the past 2 weeks, 1.5 pounds a week, or the average... But it is really nice, and I am using it daily so I might still change my mind. Thanks for sharing it, it's at least another fun gadget to keep me motivated by playing with the…
  • I like to weigh in Sunday mornings for my official weigh-in but I also weigh every day. 1/1 my SW was 172.0 for this challenge, and today 1/3 I was 171.0. 1 pound down already. :) 19 to go for this challenge.
  • I have the exact same problem!
