Well...I am sorry to say that I fell completely off the wagon last week. I got back on track today. My goals for this week are going to be simple...Eat the food that I am supposed to eat. I am really disappointed in myself but there isn't anything else that I can do other than get back to it. You are all rockstars, BTW!!
