Thank you for your responses, I don't attend a gym but I use my treadclimber daily and have lost 42 pounds just need to turn it into some muscle.....here we go Have a wonderful holiday all

I'm sure you've heard this 1000 times... In time the pain of losing someone gets weaker and your good memories get stronger, it's hard to do but you have to push yourself keep strong and try to find other ways than eating to make you feel happy. Hiking helps Blessings

I agree you shouldn't treat the holiday season as it is a all you can eat deal, there are just a few foods that are so good to eat. Keep it in moderation
