Just for today,
after an hour1. Get out of bed and do P/T
2. Enjoy lunch out with all 3 daughters :-)
3. Avoid overly processed "food"
4. Get a head start on tomorrow's meal.
Just for today,
1. enjoy time with my children
2. enjoy eating but not over-stuffing
3. avoid snacking during football, or stick to freggies

1. Get up early to put turkey in and finish a few things for dinner.
2. Eat very light breakfast
3. Take a walk with my hubby
4. Focus on protein and veggies with only a little of the most special carbs at dinner. over did it a bit, OoO now I have a tummy ache! But was just 121 calories over my goal for the day!

2) Pre-log my T-giving guesstimate - Only one plate! HUGE success which is good because some of those extra calories were taken this morning by a big breakfast
3) START the friggin' stripping project! *sigh* But the Christmas tree got half put up..

1) Hips remaining sore and I'm worried about getting messed up where I *CAN'T* run so I'll just try and do a couple walks today..and stretching...lots of stretching

Good day yesterday. Met all my goals for the day.

1. Stay within calorie limits (I don't celebrate Thanksgiving so just another day for me eating-wise)
2. Cardio workout - hoping to go for a long bike ride since I have the day off work but if that doesn't work out it'll be a workout DVD Bike ride it was. So nice. Did about 10 miles.

Have now had Three Thanksgiving dinners! Yikes! Have stayed within calorie goals for all 3 days. Did go over sugars and fats, boo! Did pretty good considering. Tomorrow; JFT watch ALL nutrient intake, log everything, walk more!0

Hi! I've been tracking with MFP for a while, but came looking for an accountability group today and found this one! So much encouragement and just the amount of commitment I think I can handle right now. I am finding I REALLY need external accountability to meet my goals.

Weighed in at my weightwatvhers meeting and have gained a half pound. My goal is to stay positive, drink water, move more and not be disapointed. The weight will come off because I will make smart choices, track check calories in food. Good Luck everyone.
