CONGRATS Terri on hitting your November goal!!!!!!0 -
I got SO off track during the holidays at my sons house - pecan pie, pumpkin pie, brownies, dressing, etc etc etc.
SO I have reset my weight again. I am NOT going to let myself gain over the holidays! Since we will be home at Christmas this year, I can plan what I want to eat for my hubby and daughter, and not get into baking too much.
So today is a new day again.
So just for today, Monday, 11/30
1. NO sugar
2. Low carb
3. Either walk, or no matter how cold, get on my ellipical
4. fish for dinner tonite. Need to get off those lbs I gained!
5. Encourage others to healthier lifestyle - which in turn helps me more than them!
