Have you checked the local city/county library? Maybe pull some DVD's from there to spice it up from the ones you own? I also hear fitnessblender is good

I think your progress tells you to stay the course! I'd say you've done a lot of hard work and that there are days and times we all get tired of it. Especially when we don't see progress. Just recommit. Even if it's for 5 days at a time to logging in and logging it all and being active. See how you feel if you are being…

You can totally see a huge change in your body, and your hard work certainly shows. It is always hard for us to see the change, they say others/acquantainces will notice first, then close family and friends and finally us after like 2 months will notice. I totally have this issue, not sure what your timeframe is for work etc, but I try to eat one thing ie my sandwhich or apple etc, and then read a chapter from my book, or get up and walk a bit and then come back, that way I am eating throughout my whole ~30 min rather than done in the first ten and wishing I had more to…

There are a couple of threads out there you can do a search on and come up with great lists. Especially if you want advice on a particular app for an activity ie running v lifting etc

The first month you tend to loose quicker and faster than the rest of the time as your body adjusts to your new changes. Considering it sounds like you've cut your calories by quite a bit and upped your exercise a lot, it's not surprising. I just don't think that rate of loss will continue, closer to 1kg a week is probably…

feel free to add me too I'm in about the same place of my journey and yes it can be a bit discouraging but don't look at other's #'s focus on you.
-
haven't heard of them, but I think I'd rather do it with just regular whole foods I can identify
