How long have you been working at it? Don't stop, you'll get to your goals. It took me 4 months to start to see any progress and then it rapidly started to change. Don't get discouraged, stopping won't fix it, so just keep chugging and working and you'll get there!

Have you checked out bodybuilding.com for some great ideas for plant protein. They have some fantastic recipes on that there that taste really good. Obviously if you're vegetarian for 20 years you have some experience. but i would check that out and see they have some variety for you.

Are you still working with the trainer? I know that for me my bench was my weakness. I think we all have a weakness that we just have to work through.
